Suffered a Personal Injury?
Accidents can happen anywhere, at any time, and you may not have been the one responsible for your injuries. Common places that these types of accident can
Feeling stressed at work?
Injury is caused and defined in a variety of ways, for example, you may not be aware that workplace stress is a form of personal injury and can
significantly impacted your health and well being to such an extent that you may be entitled to make a claim.
Life changing injuries
In some cases you or a loved one could have been involved in a non-fault accident that has left you with life changing injuries eg brain/head injuries,
spinal cord damage, paralysis, amputation, severe burns or multiple fractures. Its at times like these that you need a team of professionals to help you
with accessing services, benefits and compensation that you have a right to receive.
What do I need to prove? Who is liable?
To a have a valid case you need to be able to show that somebody else was at fault for the injuries or illness you have suffered. Although in some
cases the fault would be obvious, eg being hit by a speeding car running a red light, others may be less so. You could have been injured in your work
place or in your own home and there is uncertainty as to where the fault lies. By talking to an advisor you will be able to find it if you are able to
claim even if you could have been partially responsible. Determining negligence is one of our areas of expertise and we can offer you sound practical
legal services and the ability to assess your claim to make sure you receive the right level of compensation within a minimum amount of time.
Is there a time limit for lodging a claim?
You have a period of 3 years from the date of your accident in which to make a claim. Whilst you can make a claim at any point within this time period
we do advise you to consider doing so earlier rather than later as it can make gathering evidence for your claim easier due to things being fresh in
people's minds. Please note that the time limit for claims relating to children does differ.
