CWU Accident Helpline
In 2006 the Communication Works' Union initiated the "CWU Accident Helpline"
in collaboration with the Union's panel of solicitors.
The primary objective:
- make it easy for CWU members to obtain
access to the Union's legal services
- sourced via:
- a website which enables members to log details of their accident on-line, or
- a telephone helpline (0800 804 6674) to log details of their accident over the phone
The Union can then allocate the most appropriate
panel solicitor and provide the member with rapid access to
legal advice and assistance all funded through the
Union's Legal Services Scheme.
The helpline remains a constant source of information for Union members that need
assistance making a claim for themselves or their immediate family.
Any current members of the Communication Workers' Union who would like more information
about the CWU Accident Helpline and what it can do to help you or your immediate
family, can call us on 0800 804 6674.
- Helpline available between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Visit www.cwuaccidenthelpline.com
and register details of your accident or legal query – subsequently one of our team
will call you back at the first opportunity
