Community Legal Advice has recently posted 3 videos on YouTube that contain some useful advice for employees regarding your rights to fair treatment. The videos are in sign language, dubbed, in English.
The 3 videos explains your rights with regard to disability discrimination law eg if you're disabled, you don't have to put up with being treated worse than other people because of your disability. This programme explains what disability discrimination means and how the law works, and answers some commonly asked questions about discrimination at work including: how you should be treated when applying for a job; what your employer should do for you and what adjustments they should make; what to do if you believe you have been treated unfairly; how to use the law to get justice; how to bring a discrimination claim etc.
