Career:
Deborah heads up the firm's commercial property team and is the department head for our Commercial Team in Leeds. She specialises in all types of real estate work, including high value and complex acquisition work, sales and leasebacks, disposals and support for major corporate transactions.
She also has over 20 years' experience of acting for housing associations, housebuilders, funders and other private sector housing concerns in the development and management of housing and mixed use initiatives. Her experience also includes acting on behalf of transferee and management bodies in Large Scale Voluntary Transfers. She has been on the Board of Headrow Housing Group since 1998.
