Partner, Peter Watson, is responsible for the day-to-day running of

Expertise:
Conducting international travel law claims concerning clients who have suffered a Personal Injury whilst working or on holiday abroad.
Career:
James studied Geography at Loughborough University before completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC at the College of Law, Chester.
He joined Simpson Millar LLP in June 2006 and has extensive experience of litigating personal injury claims and also in general commercial and civil disputes.
James has a meticulous eye for detail which led to an invitation to join Simpson Millar’s highly successful Holiday Travel Law Division in 2010 where he has made an instant impact. James specialises in securing compensation for individual clients and small groups of holidaymakers who have suffered illness or an accident whilst abroad.
Interests:
In his spare time James can be found on a hockey pitch playing for Bramhall 1st XI or watching his beloved Manchester United play.
