128 fee earners along with 121 support staff. Managing
Partner, Peter Watson, is responsible for the day-to-day running of
the firm and is supported by the Management Committee
and Equity Partners of the business.

Career:
Emma has built up a wealth of experience in family law including divorce law, ancillary relief and child matters. Emma joined Simpson Millar LLP as a Partner and Head of the Family Law Team in April 2010. 
Prior to joining she worked as a Partner at Chadwick Lawrence, managing the family department. She qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and then as a collaborative lawyer in 2007.
Emma is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and Resolution – First for Family Law. Emma qualified as a mediator in December 2011 is also a member of the Family Court's Unions Group, and an Ambassador for CAADV (Corporate Alliance against Domestic Violence).
