Holiday personal injury and foreign litigation
Harpal is a Trainee solicitor having began his training contract in July 2014.
Having joined Simpson Millar LLP (formerly Colemans-CTTS) in January 2012 as a member of our Travel Department, he dealt with cases involving personal injury suffered abroad and has particular expertise in dealing with illness claims suffered on holiday.
Harpal began his legal career in 2008 working for Irwin Mitchell Solicitors in Birmingham. Whilst there he worked exclusively on cases where Claimants had suffered illness whilst abroad. He particularly enjoyed the foreign aspect of these cases.
Deciding he wanted to build on his foreign litigation experience, he moved to Pannone Solicitors in Manchester in 2009 where he worked on a big group illness action representing over 600 Claimants. At the time this was one of the biggest group illness cases to be issued in the UK. Following this Harpal felt like he needed a new challenge, but wanted to retain the travel aspect in his cases, so he moved to Simpson Millar LLP (formerly Colemans-CTTS) .
