Adrian qualified in July 1990 after serving Articles at Lawford & Co, a trade union firm, where he acted on behalf of electricians and plumbers and was involved in the early case law regarding asbestos claims, and also repetitive strain injury on behalf of bank employees. Adrian has worked for a Canadian law firm in Vancouver dealing with brain injury and product liability claims.
Adrian joined Simpson Millar in April 1993 and became a partner in 1996. Adrian is the partner in charge of the London office. He has been practicing in the field of personal injury claims for many years, and has particular expertise in the field of asbestos related claims, including bystander exposure claims and asbestos within buildings. From 1993 onwards Adrian successfully pursued a number of acoustic shock claims on behalf of telephone call centre workers, including the successful pursuit of two groups of test cases within the High Court. Adrian also continues to deal with organophosphate claims on behalf of pilots.
Adrian is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Adrian has a keen interest in sport, and is a player member of both the Hornsey Cricket Club and Saracens RFC. He enjoys walking and has completed both the Yorkshire and the Wales Three Peaks Challenges, and the Coast to Coast Cycle Ride. He has a keen interest in Real ale and National Hunt Racing and is a member of the GMB.
