Terms and conditions
Simpson Millar LLP will pay you £250 within 7 days of agreeing
to act for you on a "no win no fee" basis by signing a conditional fee agreement if you quoted "cut out the middleman" at the outset of your enquiry.
Agreement to act for you on a conditional fee or "no win no fee" basis is subject
to an assessment that you have a personal injury claim for compensation that in
our opinion is likely to succeed. This offer is not available for medical negligence
cases.
In return for the £250 bonus payment you agree to instruct Simpson Millar LLP and abide
by the terms of the agreement. The most important aspects of the agreement are that
you provide us with accurate instructions in relation to your accident claim and
provide us with further information that we may need to pursue your personal injury claim. The payment
to you may become repayable if you provide misleading information or do not co-operate
with your claim.
Frequently asked questions
When do I get my £250?
We will pay the £250 within 7 days of agreeing to act for you under a "no win no
fee" agreement if you quoted "cut out the middleman" at the outset of your enquiry.
Once you have asked us to act for you we will, as quickly as possible, make an assessment
of the personal injury claim. This may include some research which we can quickly make into a defendant
(eg do they have legal services cover as part of an insurance policy, enabling them
to pay compensation to you). We may also want to speak to any witnesses to see whether
they support the account of the accident.
It is difficult to say exactly how long this process will take, but we will try
to do so as quickly as possible. It would normally take about 4-8 weeks to carry
out this investigation. Sometimes it might take less time, sometimes it might take
a little longer.
As long as we believe a personal injury claim has a reasonable chance of success it will qualify
for the scheme, we will enter into a conditional fee agreement and pay you the £250
bonus payment if you complied with all the criteria mentioned above.

on which firm is prepared to pay for the details rather than any analysis of who
