Our client was riding his motorcycle on his way to work when he fell and sustained injury.
As the client entered the gates of the depot that he worked at his bike went over a pothole causing the bike to slip and drop to the floor. The client suffered bruising to his hip and a soft tissue injury to his ankle.
The appropriate Defendant was investigated and liability was admitted straight away. Medical evidence was obtained and sent to the Defendant. The Defendant made an offer that was below our valuation, therefore further negotiations took place. The Defendant responded with a higher offer which was accepted by our client. He received £2,200 personal injury compensation.
