We provide a solution for those who need employment law advice on areas such as discrimination and harassment at a cost that covers the whole process.

What's included?

  • One of our experienced employment law solicitors to consider all the evidence in your case
  • An assessment of the prospects of success of any discrimination claim arising
  • Written advice setting out the merits of your potential discrimination claim
  • Advice on funding options should you wish to pursue the claim in an Employment Tribunal and if you decide not to lodge a claim, funding options will be enable you to seek settlement

If you are looking for something more than our £600 managed service we are able to work on a bespoke basis and agree fees based on time spent if this is preferable to you.

This service relates to common types of payments or wages that can be claimed:

  • Statutory sick pay
  • Statutory maternity, paternity and adoption pay
  • Notice pay provided you work during the notice period

What's included?

  • 30 minutes telephone advice
  • Summary of the advice given will be sent by email or post
  • Online claim form will be completed to lodge your complaint in court
